BMW leases, structured by someone who reads the sheet.

3 Series, X3, X5. The payment looks friendly until acquisition fees, doc fees, and a package you did not ask for show up.

Yes, in most months a licensed auto broker can get you a cleaner BMW lease than walking into one store, because we ask several franchised BMW dealers for the same written numbers on the same car and you compare them side by side. BMW Financial Services sets the lease program and approves credit, and the selling franchised dealer writes the contract. BMW programs move monthly by model and trim, so a structure that works on an X3 can simply not exist on an X5 in the same month.

We structure BMW leases against residual, money factor, and the incentives that actually apply to you. Loyalty and conquest offers change the result.

How we shop a BMW

Requests we see most often cover the 3 Series, 5 Series, X1, X3, X5, X7, i4, i5 and iX. BMW lease programs move monthly and differ by model and trim, so a deal that works on an X3 may not exist on an X5. Stores also differ in how they handle the acquisition fee and add-ons.

Green Light Auto Broker is a licensed California auto broker, not a dealership. The sale or lease is completed with the selling franchised dealer, and BMW Financial Services sets the lease program and approves credit. This page lists no payment because incentives and availability change monthly.

BMW lease questions

Can a broker get a better BMW lease than the dealer?

Sometimes, and not always. A broker makes several BMW stores answer the same written question on the same car, which usually beats negotiating one store at a time. When a store's own advertised special is already the cleanest number, we tell you to go take it.

Which BMW models lease best?

The requests we see most are the 3 Series, 5 Series, X1, X3, X5, X7, i4, i5 and iX. Which one leases best in a given month comes down to the residual and the lease cash BMW Financial Services is putting behind each model and trim, so we check current programs on the exact trim you want rather than guessing.

Do you deliver a BMW in Orange County?

Often, yes. Many stores deliver to Irvine, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Tustin, Anaheim, Mission Viejo and the Laguna cities, and others prefer a short signing appointment with the car already prepared. Delivery is the selling dealer's call, not ours, so we ask on your specific car and tell you the answer before you agree to anything.

What should I watch on a BMW lease worksheet?

Three things. The acquisition fee and how the store handles it, any dealer installed package built into the advertised price, and the money factor next to the lender's base rate so you can see a markup. Ask for all of it in writing and the comparison gets easy.

Do you post BMW lease payments?

No. Incentives and availability change monthly, and your ZIP, your miles and your credit tier change the result. Current deals are on the deals page, and anything not listed there we quote on request.

Is Green Light Auto Broker a BMW dealership?

No. We are an independent licensed California autobroker (CA DMV Autobroker License #72394) in Riverside. We are not a dealership, we are not affiliated with BMW, and the selling franchised dealer completes every sale or lease.
