FAQ

Straight answers. No invented volume stats.

What does a California auto broker actually do?
We represent you, not a single store. Dealers negotiate every day; you buy every few years. You tell us the vehicle. We get real numbers, structure the lease or loan, and handle the back-and-forth so you save money and keep your time.
Where are you licensed?
California DMV autobroker license #72394. Desk at 6600 Jurupa Ave #127, Riverside, CA 92504. We work Southern California first: Riverside, the Inland Empire, Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
How do I start?
Text (714) 471-8775 or submit a vehicle request. Make, model, trim, new or used, lease or finance, ZIP, trade, credit tier, down payment. The vehicle request does not ask for SSN. The official credit application is a separate form.
Will you store my Social Security number?
On the vehicle request, no. The official credit application asks for it so a lender can review you. A lender pull may appear on your credit file. Details are on the Privacy page.
Can you help with negative equity?
Yes. Send the payoff and a realistic value. Rolling negative equity is math, not a pep talk. Sometimes the next car can carry it. Sometimes it should not.
Do you do used, luxury, and exotic?
Yes. New, used, luxury, exotic, plus trade-ins. If the unit exists at a dealer we can work, we will hunt it. If it does not, we will say so.
Is there a fee?
Broker compensation depends on the deal and is disclosed before you commit. We do not publish a fake 'we are free' line to hide the structure, and we do not post a public price list.
Do you deliver the car?
Usually you pick it up at the selling dealer. When that dealer will deliver, we prefer that. Greenlight does not transport cars.
How fast is delivery?
It depends on the car, the lender, and the dealer. Same-week happens. So does 'the truck is not here yet.' We will not invent a 48-hour promise on a page.
