Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time. This covers forms on this site, texts, website chat, and messages or comments you sent to our Instagram account @greenlightautobroker.

How to request deletion

1. Text (714) 471-8775 or send a DM to @greenlightautobroker with the words "Delete my data".
2. Tell us the name, phone number, email or Instagram username you used with us so we can find your records.
3. We confirm the request and delete your records within 30 days, then reply to let you know it is done.

If you connected with us through Instagram, you can also remove our access in the Instagram app under Settings, then Apps and websites. Removing access stops new messages from reaching our desk.

Some records may need to be kept longer when the law requires it, for example signed vehicle paperwork. We will tell you if that applies. Encrypted credit applications are deleted the same way. See our Privacy page for details.
